Care levels and prices
Ryan Wynn provides Website Care as an ongoing technical service. Its scope and responsibilities are confirmed in the written project and service agreement before paid work begins.
Standard Website Care
USD $49/month. The published service covers hosting, SSL, monitoring, maintenance, deployment management and basic technical support. It is shown alongside Launch's one-time build fee.
Advanced Website Care
From USD $129/month, for e-commerce and custom applications needing more infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance or support. The project proposal confirms the final scope and price; the starting price is not an unlimited infrastructure or support allowance.
Care within Growth
Growth is USD $399/month for a 12-month initial term, with Website Care included. Standard Care is not added as a second monthly charge during that arrangement.
12 monthly payments of USD $399 total USD $4,788 for the initial term.
Your Care scope
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Included | Hosting, SSL, monitoring, maintenance, deployment management and basic technical support within the agreed plan. Advanced scope depends on the project. |
| Separately quoted | Work or usage beyond the agreed scope, and paid third-party services where required. Additional charges require quotation and approval. |
| Confirmed in your written agreement | Support channels and availability, response expectations, resource and update allowances, backup coverage and retention, restores, incident handling, cancellation and handover responsibilities are agreed before paid work begins. |
Maintenance, updates and development
Maintenance relates to operating and maintaining the agreed website. Content changes, new pages, new features and broader development are separate kinds of work; their inclusion depends on the selected package and agreed scope.
Growth includes ongoing updates and improvements within defined limits, including the published monthly content-update offer. The written proposal defines quantities, qualifying work, any rollover, the meaning of priority support and approval of additional work before paid work begins. The published priority-support description does not establish a response-time guarantee.
Standard and Advanced Care do not include unlimited development, content edits, support or infrastructure. The written proposal records included allowances and resource limits before paid work begins.
Third-party services and usage
Paid third-party services are quoted and approved separately where required.
A project's proposal identifies any transaction, messaging or other external services it requires, along with the relevant costs and account responsibilities. Such services are included only where stated in the agreed scope.
The agreed plan identifies included usage and the treatment of additional usage. Work or usage beyond that scope is quoted and approved before extra charges are incurred.
Accounts, domains and access
Before paid work begins, the written proposal and service agreement identify who holds each hosting, domain, licence and third-party account, who pays the relevant provider and who manages access and renewals. No assumption is made that the studio or the customer owns every provider account.
Required access and permissions should be established during planning, including the responsibilities for credentials, customer-supplied content and third-party licences. Account transfer and continued use must follow the agreed arrangements and the applicable provider terms.
Support and incident arrangements
Basic technical support is part of the published Care summary. The written proposal records working channels, availability, response expectations, escalation and the division of responsibilities for each plan before paid work begins. Advanced support depends on the project's agreed needs.
The published packages do not include a 24/7 service, fixed response or resolution time, recovery target or uptime guarantee. Monitoring and maintenance cannot prevent every fault, outage or security incident. Incident and security responsibilities are confirmed in the service agreement.
Backups and restores
Backup and restore commitments are set in the written proposal before paid work begins. It specifies which website, database and third-party information is covered, the backup cadence and retention, restore access and testing, and responsibility for requesting and carrying out recovery.
Backup frequency, retention and recovery targets depend on the agreed service. A restore or migration may be included or separately quoted, as stated in the agreement. Additional work requires your approval.
Post-term options, ownership and leaving
After 12 months, you may continue Growth at USD $399/month or move to USD $49/month Website Care under the agreed scope.
The published ownership summaries remain:
- Launch: Transfers after final payment.
- Growth: Transfers after successful completion of the initial term.
- Custom: Follows the signed project proposal.
Cancellation and handover arrangements
Cancellation and notice, any renewal process, early-termination treatment, handover deliverables, account transfer, migration, retained copies and deletion responsibilities are recorded in the written proposal and service agreement before paid work begins. These arrangements must preserve any mandatory rights that apply to you. The ownership summaries do not by themselves include migration work or set a cancellation charge.
Confirming the service agreement
Use the published scope and prices as the starting point for the written proposal. Agree operating details, responsibilities and commercial terms before paid work begins. Direct enquiry channels are listed on Contact; they do not establish agreed support hours, a response target or an incident-support service.
