We agree the structure, scope and direction, along with pricing and a proposed schedule. The plan sets out what will be built and the points where your feedback and approval are needed.
Build
I design and develop the work, then review it with you against the agreed scope. Regular updates and clear review points keep decisions connected to the original goals.
Launch
We complete the agreed checks and publish when you authorize it. The agreed care and handover follow, with ongoing responsibilities defined in the project agreement.
