Website use and paid projects

Ryan Wynn contracts personally under the name Reason & Render and operates from California, United States. Correspondence locality: Al Bahya, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. These terms explain use of the website and the published service summaries. A paid project requires a separate written proposal and service agreement before work begins.

Visiting the website, choosing a pricing button, answering the questionnaire or reading these pages does not accept a paid project contract. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and schedule are confirmed before work begins. These website terms do not override an existing signed client agreement.

Website information and Project Plan

The website describes services and starting points for discussion. Project Plan uses the answers you select to suggest an approach, scope, investment and indicative timing. Unknown answers, feature clarifications and a Needs discussion result need to be discussed before a package or scope is agreed.

This is an initial project recommendation and estimate. Final scope, pricing and timeframe are confirmed before work begins.

A plan is non-binding guidance, not a final quote, contract, eligibility guarantee or reservation of availability. Selecting a package, sending a Contact enquiry or sharing a Project Plan expresses interest only; it does not establish that a package covers every requested feature. Sharing a plan for a call does not confirm an appointment; only the booking provider's confirmed event establishes the time. A booked call is a discussion, not acceptance of a paid project. This website does not take payments.

Published packages and charges

The prices below describe the published packages. The agreed project scope determines deliverables and any separately approved work. Tax treatment, payment dates and payment methods are recorded in the written agreement before paid work begins. Choosing a package on this website does not take a deposit or authorize a charge.

Scope and customer inputs

Planning establishes what will be built, which content and features are included, what you will provide and the review milestones. Content editing tools, migration, copywriting and integrations are included only where they form part of that agreed scope.

The project needs the relevant business information, content, access and approvals. Planning should identify the person responsible for supplying each item and confirm the rights or permissions needed to use supplied text, images, software and other material. No transfer of third-party rights is assumed.

Ryan reviews the customer's location, business or consumer status and project requirements individually before agreeing to paid work. International projects follow that same manual scoping process; website availability does not establish that every service can be supplied in every market.

Review points and changes

Review and refinement follow the agreed scope and milestones. The written proposal records included revisions, acceptance criteria and the treatment of new requests before paid work begins. This website does not promise unlimited revisions, development or content changes.

Work beyond the agreed project or ongoing scope is scoped and approved separately. Changes may affect the proposed schedule and cost; those effects should be confirmed before the additional work begins.

Paid third-party services are quoted and approved separately where required.

Usage beyond the included plan is quoted and approved before additional charges are incurred. The written scope identifies included third-party usage; choosing a package does not authorize automatic excess charges.

Timing and availability

Launch's published target launch window is 7–14 days after the required content and approvals are available. The agreed scope and scheduling also affect timing. Custom projects need an individually scoped schedule.

A preferred launch date entered in the planner is separate from an indicative build duration. Content readiness, review feedback, dependencies, scope changes and actual availability need confirmation before a schedule is agreed. The website does not reserve a start date or guarantee a launch date.

Ownership and handover

The current ownership summaries are:

• Launch: Transfers after final payment.
• Growth: Transfers after successful completion of the initial term.
• Custom: Follows the signed project proposal.

Website Care after launch

Website Care covers the agreed ongoing technical services. Growth includes Care, while Launch and Custom show their care charges alongside the build price. Support, updates, resource and backup arrangements must be defined in the agreed scope.

After 12 months, you may continue Growth at USD $399/month or move to USD $49/month Website Care under the agreed scope.

Your written project agreement

Before paid work begins, the written proposal and service agreement record payment dates and methods, tax treatment, cancellation and notice, renewal, refunds, early termination and post-term transition arrangements. The published prices and ownership summaries remain the starting point. This website does not impose a deposit, cancellation charge, no-refund rule or automatic renewal.

The paid agreement also addresses responsibilities, warranties and dispute arrangements appropriate to the project and customer. Nothing in these website terms limits mandatory rights that apply to you. These website terms do not impose a liability cap, arbitration requirement or choice of governing law.
