What’s included in Website Care?
Website Care covers hosting, SSL, monitoring, maintenance, deployment management and basic technical support. Advanced Website Care is for e-commerce and custom applications needing more infrastructure, maintenance or support. The agreed scope defines support and update limits.
Who owns the website and code?
Launch: Transfers after final payment. Growth: Transfers after successful completion of the initial term. The initial term is 12 months. Custom: Follows the signed project proposal.
What happens if I cancel Growth?
Growth has a 12-month initial term. After that term, you may continue Growth at $399/month or move to $49/month Website Care under the agreed scope. Early cancellation is governed by the service terms in your agreement. Cancellation and handover arrangements are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Are there additional subscription costs?
The Website Care fees are shown with each plan; Growth includes Website Care. Paid third-party services are quoted and approved separately where required. Any usage beyond the included plan is quoted and approved before additional charges are incurred.
How long does a website take?
Launch has a target launch window of 7–14 days after required content and approvals are available. Timing also depends on the agreed scope and scheduling. Custom projects are individually scoped, with a proposed schedule agreed during planning.
How are revisions handled?
The proposal sets out the review milestones and included revisions. Additional work is scoped and approved separately. Detailed revision and ongoing update allowances still need to be agreed.
Can I edit the website myself?
Content editing tools or a CMS can be included where they form part of the agreed scope. Growth includes CMS/blog where needed. The content you can manage and the editing tools are confirmed during planning; a CMS is not automatically included in every project.
Is content or SEO included?
SEO foundations are included in the listed website plans; they are not a search-ranking guarantee. Content and copywriting deliverables depend on the agreed scope. During planning, we establish what you will supply and what content work is included or quoted separately.
Can you redesign an existing website?
An existing website can be reviewed against your current goals. Discovery establishes what to keep, what to improve and what needs rebuilding. Any content, functionality or migration work is included in the agreed project scope.
What happens after launch?
Launch includes the agreed handover and care arrangements. Website Care covers the ongoing technical services described with your plan. Content updates, further development and additional support follow the agreed scope and limits.
Service details: detailed service terms, support and update allowances, cancellation mechanics and transfer arrangements remain subject to review. The agreed scope and final service terms must be confirmed before work begins.
